i don;t watch the shows cbs replaced atwt and gl with. Hope the have no viewers.granted sometimes these shows had bad years, poor writing, stupid storylines but there was a history. I think they were getting better before they were canceled

Oddly, Miss Moore was arguably part of the best storyline this show ever did -- and they did about a million of them. The Douglas Cummings murder mystery was brilliant -- and it showcased the wonderfully understated Kathryn Hays. A wonderful time for this show during the Marland years -- earning daytime emmys in the best show category to boot.

I would literally laugh my ass off (when all the daytime soaps are gone in a few years from now), that NONE of the 3 networks could even BUY a viewer during the same time slots that the soaps were on. Justice people!!!!

I love how she also remembers her stories she had on then! No matter how confusing her relations were. I was so happy when she returned in April! Love Julianne Moore!

Bravo Julianne Moore for her honesty on how the networks have done all the daytime drama viewers a great wrong. ATWT's should not be going off the air. It is a disgrace that the network is only willing to produce cheap reality shows and re done game shows. Daytime viewers revenge don't watch any daytime shows. Kill the networks with bad ratings.= for canceling daytime drama. HBO pick up the show they'll have a ready made audience. Much more than watching movies over and over daily

I'm glad that Moore doesn't deny that she started on a soap.
When she was on ATWT, she really gave a top notch performances for both characters. She is a class act. Definitely deserves to win some award for acting beyond the Daytime Emmy.
