My perfect Tuna sandwich is to get the tuna dryed and flaked in a bowl then add finely chopped tomates, cucumber and sweetcorn then add a generous blob of salad cream some mayo and sweet chili sauce to bind the mixture together mix it up and put it on warm crusty baggette:)))))
