@Meandvideogame i've tried explaining that to casuals for years now, some are just too stupid to understand.
Hell i've dug up the actual smash 64 website that even LISTS L-CANCELLING AS AN ADVANCED move, on the OFFICIAL SITE, back then sakurai just called it "smooth landing" but it describes the same thing as L-cancelling.

@Link500ACS even more ironic that melee had about 50 more for every one glitch in 64 and it took twice as long to develop.

The first one isn't a glitch. It's an advanced technique called "Wavedashing."
