There was a small error in this video, I didn't have time to look in the comments if it was posted but most seemed concerned with your poll.

Anyway, Eagle's CO power actually decreases all his units by -20%/-30%. There is evidence of this in your video at 0:38 where his fighter fails to destroy the B-copter despite doing 5 damage during his standard turn.

hmmm, yeah, I guess. I always figured that in an instance like that, that was more due to the extra damage luck factor the game has, where sometimes a value like 40% can end up doing 5 damage, and in this particular scenario that didn't happen, but I guess theoretically the percentage should have increased since the defending unit was weaker.

So yeah, you're right.

It's not really a matter of that. There is an explanation to this later on in the game to why so many people/countries are attacking OS

I know you made this video forever ago, but you're actually wrong Slim. Eagle's CO power makes his units slightly weaker in exchange for the extra movement. It says so in the description.
