Ok, so I see 5 months ago I last commented here that I was stuck at 23 with an occasional sub 20, well now I'm usually getting around 18 with the occasional sub 15 and still get some crappy 20's. I just want to break these stupid 20's for good GRRR. I like the sub 15's though. Why can't every solve be that good? Now I'm trying to work on CN.

wow i use full friedrich but i need 5 seconds for ll too ^^

You think it's common to have your average get worse after learning new f2l algorithms? My times have gotten worse since I started using more "fast ways to solve" rather than doing it the way that takes more moves but that I'm more used to. I was averaging around 45 sec with a rubiks brand, and then I bought a couple of DIYs and in like 3 days my average was down to 33-34 sec. Then after learning new f2ls I seem to only get worse times how ever I do it.

@Braz1121 hmm well its is normal to get slower at solving when you first learn something new. But if you've practiced a lot (at least a week) you'll probably start to get faster again.

@hanzierbier My last layer takes about 5 seconds. I use 2 look OLL (I know 28 OLLs) and full PLL.
