I still absolutely adore this. There are other videos of this night and this song but I think this is the best even though it's shot from the side. It has the best sound. And also, I swear to god, John Darnielle is like an electric current. The closer you get to him, the higher the voltage is. Even just from the film, I feel more energy from this one because it's shot closer. Always, always, sit front row at a Mountain Goats show.
