Showing the whole outside of the rotor can generate power out.

Hopefully if I fill the outside with coils it wont slow down the rotor.

There is a problem with this circuit the Eddy Current and/or Back Electro Motive Force (EMF) between the Rotating Magnets and the Coil with the led will eventually kill the entire operation that is why it slowed with coils and LED beside it because the fact is energy is transformed from chemical to electromagnetic to mechanical to electromagnetic to chemical and some of it is lost in heat, light from the LEDS, and stray electromagnetic fields. if U could avoid losing and gaining instead.
