Why is everybody talking about her "drugs"? It has already been confirmed in the statement from police that no trace of drugs or alcohol were in her system that night. Under the conditions of the temporary custody agreement that was in place; she would've been charged in breech had she so much as had a drink! She was being regularily tested too - and didn't fail a single one - thus making her the one person in Hollywood you can actually guarentee WASN'T on drugs!

@SunRayx3 She was being regularily drug tested though, and was tested for both drugs and alcohol that night as trace of either one could have ended up with her being charged by the police. Drugs leave your system eventally. Bi-polar/post-natal depression do not....

i dont understand why everyone is making such a big deal about this, or why people are trying to make an exscuse for her. like she has depression or sum crap. she does drugs. that's it.. i mean, a celebrity.. doing drugs??? i have never heard of such a thing! seriously, get real.. like more than half of hollywood is on drugs.. for goodness sake half of the teenage kids in my neighborhood are on drugs and are as high as kites and they dont get any attention. lol.
