From http://zacheven-esh.com - Finishing up a crazy leg workout with a sandbag complex using a 60 lb D Ball.

These will pump up your legs BIG time and are a great way to add conditioning and muscle, YES, muscle.

High reps are excellent for lower body strength and muscle. But, if you saw the prior video, you see I am deadlifting and squatting several hundred pounds on each movement.

Don't try high reppin' till your moving BIG weights.

  • a complex is a few movements strung together in a row without stopping using the same tool.

    the above video is a sandbag / sandball complex

  • When you use the term "complexes" (i.e. sandbag complexes, barbell complexes) what does that mean?
