These will pump up your legs BIG time and are a great way to add conditioning and muscle, YES, muscle.
High reps are excellent for lower body strength and muscle. But, if you saw the prior video, you see I am deadlifting and squatting several hundred pounds on each movement.
Don't try high reppin' till your moving BIG weights.
