Big Cats love pizza too! .... well pizza boxes .... Big Cat Rescue is always trying new enrichment ideas and recently discovered that our Tigers, Lions & Leopards love the smell of used pizza boxes! Watch the big cats have fun destroying the pizza boxes!

What you all did is incredible! But im really curious~ those enclosures seem too small for them? or is there more space that were not in the video?

@xiaohui612 Thanks, we are often asked this question, I guess on video their enclosures don't seem very large at times. They have several different sections and are a very good size for our animals, they range in size from 1200 sq ft to 3 acres :)

@BigCatRescue can the big cats EAT pizza? is it bad for them? i know some things about big cats but not much! :)

@horsiegal13 They probably would taste test it, but it can't be good for them and it's something we would never feed them, but a empty pizza box that smells like pepperoni is much more fun! :)

@BigCatRescue The cheese alone would probably be just as bad, if not worse, as most lactose products with domestic cats, not to mention the other ingredients. No idea myself. Of coruse, they'd probably just peel off whatever meat they could find on 'em. On the video, pretty funny. That one black leopard was like, "Hey, there's no pepperoni! I smelled pepperoni! I was robbed!! I'll play with my tail instead." :D
