I don't know, the Captain did OK out of it and it fits his wacky image - mind you it was quite a departure from the Crass sponsored 'This is your captain speaking' EP.

nonsense. that's the way he is. daft idea and made a lot of cash out of it, which he then spent... and had to do a few 'damned' reunion gig's to pay the mortgage.

Yeah that's true. I actually liked it when he had the Dolly's as backing singers doing songs like Happy Talk & Wot, but he's released some really good stuff thats never heard. My fav's Martha The Mouth, for the infamous Martha Mitchell, the autobiographical Croydon, and the bleak Hey Joe (Not the Hendrix song)
