If you are able, get connected with a local AA(Alcoholics Anonymous) chapter. They deal with narcotics as well. AA and SA(Sex Anonymous) both have christian roots and they are discreet as well. It's hard to walk this walk alone. It's good that you are being honest about this, and I know it is hard to trust people with our skeletons, but don't give up! Keep fighting and keep striving.
