@Cllarrissa Because of the 4kids english dub. It was on when I was a kid and they weren't allowed to call him Zoro because of some copyright claim.

Re cualquiera. Primero uno q dice que es Zolo, Otro que es Zoro, otro que es Zorro, encima uno dice que es Zorroronoa, y otro que dice que es Roronoa Zoro, y el otro Roronoa Zolo... Osea decidan el nombre de una buena ves!! xDD

Don't know if this was just poor wording and you meant what I'm going write right now.
4-kids panicked when they realized that Zoros' name is Zoro so to avoid a major lawsuit they change it to Zolo.O and the other guys name is Zorro with two "r"s .

No no no no they dont they sometimes when in sdentences use Luffy as instead of some letters he says Im ''monky'' D almost sound like he says loofy so it sounds like Ruffy Ruffy is gay as hell Zolo is gay as fuck and everyone at 4kids should have their Kids raped by a tiger (PS tigers have small spikes on their dicks)
