@JohnMalcolm never said i saw him in a special way not sure where you got that from ,its just the way things are when a great artist dies people who were not too in touch with their work suddenly become big fans history tells us that ,then again that is just my opinion ,and everybodys got one.

Seriously I think his lyrics should be part of any poetry syllabus.
Stuff like Wordsworth just pales by comparison, but it is still religiously trotted out.

This version is so much better than the one on "under the red sky". That's what's great about dylan, he's willing to sacrifice an obviously superior cut of a song, just because it doesn't fit in with the rest of the album, or it's not how he's feeling at that point. See the two versions of idiot wind, aswell
