Just took some footage with Canon T1i video, won't leave up for very long, just showing quality. When did re-encode, video quality degraded a little bit. Not too impressed with video quality

I got the T2i recently and am pleased with the results. I never tried the T1i, but now it's a moot point since it's old technology at this point.

@mightisright BEcuase some people don't know how to operate a camera effectively. It's all about the operator.

this is really bad quality for a t1i you must have used a really crappy editing software

looks great to me when viewing in HD, especially since this is primarily a still camera and one of the first SLRs to even have HD video.

Is this at 30 fps? Try reducing it down to 20 fps...

It seems like this camera should shoot great video like the Mark 1D ii, but so far all the footage I've seen is not in the least impressive.
