  • I think its ok to stray, but not too far. But for the first 5 days was really a bummer for me. Try the vegetarian version, that is hard...personal experience =D

  • It's ok to fall off every once in a while...You have to have some treats in life. I have lost about 70lbs on South Beach in about 6 months...Stay with it, it will become a lifestyle after time...Good Luck!
