In this video, Bob shows us the way to add and remove a sintered diamond saw blade for glass (in our case, a Result diamond blade) from your wet saw. He also demonstrates how to use a aluminum oxide dressing stick to "dress" your diamond blade to allow it to cut more efficiently. Wet saw, diamond blades, and dressing sticks are all available from www.hisglassworks.com
If you need to use a dressing stick, you are using the wrong blade for the job. Instead, try reducing the diamond content of the blade which will increase the seperation angle of the diamonds. Also, if you are glazing a lot, try changing the pulleys on that target saw to get your rim speed down around 2800 to 3500 s.f.p.m.

I've watched all the HisGlassWorks videos just for the background music. What elevator did you get this music from?
