Well Webroot antivirus protection programs can jack your computer up if you have it for a while, it also sucks for wasting valuable life time, it has many horrid things that haunt you at night and bite you where it matters. Watch out for the Firewall, I found a customer that could not get on the internet - cable customer. As it turns out, it was the firewall blocking DNS, which is port 53. How did I find I find that out? He could ping anything by IP address, but not name. I asked the customer to disable the Webroot firewall in the troubleshooting process. Connectivity regained.

WEBROOT DOES SUCK !!!!! Sevice sucks. tech sucks!!! u can wait for 2 days to get someone on the phone ... and when u do ... they put you on hold... then ... disconnect YOU !!!! I will never use a computer slowing piece of crap WEBROOT system AGAIN !!!!!!!!!

@19batista96 Bitdefender and Kaspersky uses a lot of ram and if your computer is too weak it will crash the computer. Bitdefender is to strong!

It does lag systems pretty bad.. I run an ASUS G50-S gaming rig. I had webroot and got rid of it due to server lags in death matches.
You have to pay there tech support around 40 bucks to IP connect to your computer, in virus removal aid for each session, it does not say that on the box. It says free tech support. There virus definitions are not as good as other companies. Norton is another to stay away from, and MCaffee it is the worst out of them all.
