Our ninth installment of our 2010 Miss Florida Teen USA Behind The Scenes Series features the top 15 semi-finalists competing in Evening Gowns of their own choosing. The competition takes place at Bailey Concert Hall on the Central Campus of Broward College is the site of all the pageant fun!
