  • Oh ok. I see someone has already mentioned bloodtype and I forgot about your philosophy in your quest to lose weight.

    What I would tell you is that according to your bloodtype there are certain foods you should avoid (bad for you and will make you gain), foods that are neutral and foods that are beneficial. You don't buy more food. You just gain knowledge of what you should & should not eat.

    I have the lists of foods if you want 'em :o)

  • When I know I will eat the whole thing of whatever it may be I bring it to work and share with others. It really helps me. Regift the chocolate before you get a chance to open it.

  • Sounds like a good idea, but it goes against my 365 philosophy... all I'm doing is cutting the fat, cutting the intake, and doing some exercise... no money spent on anything... But good luck! :)

  • No Sureslim isn't shakes. They analyse your blood and tell you what foods to eat based on medical research, it corrects your metabolism. Look it up on a website, it's worked for everyone I know so far. It's for a year pretty much but you lose a lot of weight in the first few months and it's all heealthy and safe, you don't even need to do exercise! Go check it out!
