I always wonder how people like...learn to play like this. Do you like listen to music by famous drummers a lot? You just really don't hear anything like any of that in most music. Then again, I don't listen to every genre to know...

i believe most of the rolls are based on double stroke rolls which sound individual due to accenting.

Hey man, yeah alot of the stuff i play is based on linear patterns! I guess the rudamentry stuff i do is like 6 stroke rolls, and paradiddles, cheers

You have the chops but you never hold a solid groove longer than 2 bars...
And your fills don't even suit the feel you're playing in...

Hey man, Yeah I know what you mean, I guess I was kind of going for an all chops thing here, tell me what you think of some vids where I'm in a band situation, It's always good to have something to work on!
