Human rights activists are eager to use whatever tools they can to chip away at the information blockade the North Korean government imposes on its own population. In the past, they have launched leaflets by helium ballon into the North. These days, the messages flying through the air arrive in full color, sound, and motion as part of a new digital strategy. VOA's Kurt Achin reports from Seoul.
I did some searching around and found this group, Fighters For A Free North Korea/North Korea Freedom Coalition, that is sending the balloons which you can support with your financial donations.
