  • For your own protection you need to wear the correct PPE, all good accept you need to wear gloves. We need to be around for our families. No gloves will cause skin absorbsion of chemicals. I have tought aircraft painting and have over 22 years experience in the trade. Please consider wearing complete PPE when teaching others.

  • Hi, I do like all these steps to paint bare aluminum. It is very hard to do, and specially when you have rivets in the way. I do prefer to use a remote can, high volume low pressure spray gun system. It is easy to control and the gun can go upside down or in any position you may want. The only thing is that you have to take care with the hoses, because one is for the paint and the other is for the air. You did a perfect job, and that is very important, you love what you do and feel proud of!!!
