Work your obliques with rotational exercises.

Wood chops are when you chop diagonally across your body under resistance.

If you can't control your body correctly, wood chops are pointless.

You must hold your hips steady and rotate your torso.

Wood chops will be more difficult the closer your feet are together.

Keep your belly button drawn in for the duration of this and any exercise.
