An Interview With Diana Gabaldon

my favorite book series, and i'm slowly working on Drums of Autumn (the 4th), i'm thinking if I work slow enough, i won't have to wait too long between An Echo in the Bone (the 7th) and the release of the eighth! (i don't like being kept in suspense) :)

I'm thinking of reading the Outlander series... is it good and worth my time to read?

Probably because they're not romance novels. :)

When Outlander first came out, that's how most booksellers insisted on categorizing them, but for at least ten years now they've been found in the gen. lit. section of most stores.

Diana - Your novels are wonderful. Please bring a movie screenplay forward that would give Gerard Butler a chance to make Jamie Fraser a role that Scotland and your fans would be proud.

MsHurryCane... Unfortunately, she's not really being given much, if any, say in the screenplay, so we have to hope for the best. And Gerard is no doubt too old to play young Jamie... sadly.
