Thanks Busta. Yes this video was intended to demonstrate value of ESB and SOA technology to a non technical/business oriented audience. There is a document which details the technical architecture and approach as well. The team was made up of a PM, Technical Architect, business analysts, and developers. The project had visibility all the way up to the CIO level.
