  • I read that a person gets a new set of taste buds every two weeks.

  • really?

  • Hello, In May I change my eatting habits, from eating everything to no grains, dairy, sugar and no pre package foods. For the grains it took about a month, but I remember the 4th day or so sitting at my desk at work and smelling fresh bake bread.(there wasn't any). For the sugar I don't know how long it took to get over it, but there is always some kind of fruit to eat that is sweet. For me it is the salt that I miss, like pretzels. I am not vegan yet, but all I have to give up is the meat.

  • awesome!!! this is great!!!

  • I've been 100% raw vegan for 2 months and still have craving for cooked food But i lost 20lbs so i'm here to stay!!

  • Fabulous!

  • Deep breath........ I'm ready! Scared though :(

  • Actually 66% of addicts are back on their drug within three months. There can be recurring cycles (meaning periodic) of craving & low moods for two years. If you can get five years without using your drug/addictive substance you are most likely good for life.

  • Sugar, coffee, msg, and salt are OK as long as you ingest enough of each, since they keep the others in balance. Plus they make you tastier to a tiger or a bear if one of them happens to eat you

  • Why did it take you more than 2 minutes to say "three days"?

  • Ive been vegan for a month and I still get the crazy sugar cravings and I give in

  • In the absence of green juice, would a green superfood powder make a reasonably good substitution? I know it's likely not as beneficial as the fresh green juice...

  • @dancinmachine16 About 6 weeks after I quit eating meat , the smell of cooking meat was just as bad as roadkill to me . It was so weird . I nearly threw up outside of a BBQ restaraunt from the smell . My craving is salt , I love chips & salsa or guac . When I don't get it I sometiomes get irrtitable . Addictions are hard to break , but possible . Keep trying , it will get easier .

  • i tried to quit drinking soda and start a vegan only diet and it lasted 2 weeks. i was going crazy and the headaches were nonstop! i want to try it again but i maybe one at a time.

  • I love your videos and thank you for each and everyone! I am a vegan for year or more and now I have gone to my skincare etc because I having bad reactions to it.But now I am trying to cut sugar out completely thank you for this!

    All way from Ireland :)

  • Sleeping Really helps me with withdrawals (it's been 4 days since eliminating sugar, coffee, and processed foods). I find that breaking snacking habits have been the toughest so allowing myself a nap during the day, drinking green juice, and reading/watching something inspirational when most emotionally difficult super helpful =)
