BNSF 5833 (ES44AC) and 9353 (SD70ACe) Pulling a Coal Train

Coal unit train filmed on 2/13/09 southeast bound immediately west of (and entering) Memphis, TX at ~6:00 p.m. The tracks parallel US 287. BNSF 5833 is a General Electric Transportation Systems ES44AC (Evolution Series 4400 hp AC traction). This locomotive was built in 11/05. BNSF 9353 is an Electro-Motive Division of GM SD70ACe. This locomotive was built in 8/06. The train had two "pusher" locomotives behind it.

What was your speed?

I think I was going around 50 (somewhere between 50 and 60). This was just outside of Memphis, TX. The speed limit changed to 40 once I got to Memphis, so I had to slow down, and I couldn't keep up with the train.

Is there any way to find out what train number this was? It looks like BNSF has deactivated its Train Tracker system. I know that BNSF has ~500 dedicated coal trains each day (according to their web site).

You sure about that? This sounds like B major, the Candian tuning is D minor.

BNSF 5833 had its original horn replaced with a Canadian-tuned K[3]H.

The GEVO sounds like it has a K3LA instead of the K5HL they mostly came with.
