Nah, it's more of the incredible lack of research that SHS is carcinogenic.

Because smoke-filled air still meets OSHA's safety requirements. Look it up.

What these faggots dont realize is its not cigerette smoke thats killing their lungs its cars, they produce like 100000 times more fumes han smoke does plus it kind of balances out because they plant millions of crops of tobacco. I dont complain they should inspect her house I bet she has like 100 cats peeing all over the place in her lungs.

Everyone has the right to work in a healthy work environment. Govt laws protect workers in every other way, so why not this too? Why isnt OSHA involved in this? it is high time to stop smoking in ALL public places, stop exposing people to these toxins and sentencing them to death.

With all the casinos in this country...could you imagine how many employees are affected nation-wide? Hundreds of thousands? The gut reaction is that "it's not my job, it doesn't affect me", but it does. The cost of healthcare is escalated because of the claims of these unfortunate employees. Their claims raise your rates. That shouldn't be the only reason to support the smoke free workplace - but it's at least one major one.
