  • Rubinstein played on PLEYEL piano?

  • yeah but what people don't realise is that Rubinstein and Dinu Lipatti and Julian Bream had / have enormous hands. so did charlie chaplin and hte duke of windsor.

  • why wasn't Lhevinne,Sauer,Geiseking,Rosenthal,Freidheim,Godowsky,Hofmann,Rachman asked.Rubinst recordings from the 30's show an immature artist but a talent for engaging da listener. Sad that he got so much attention!

  • This is golden....you can see how Rubinstein

shortens the distance on the hand relay in the

Ocean Etude by closing his hand.

  • 25/5 and 25/12 true

  • This is bullshit. What etude is he supposed to be playing. Did anyone actually fall for this???

  • 10x for posting it. slowmo, silent, but still Rubinstein.. -)
