This is me experiencing change in muscle size and shape over 7 weeks training.

My suppliments include:

1. Gaspari Nutrition- Myofusion (advanced Muscle building Protein) Strawberry n Cream flavour

2. Gaspari Nutrition- Super Pump 250

3. MuscleTech- Cell-Tech (Hardcore pro series) Lemon Lime

4. 4EverFit Caffeine

5. MuscleTech- Hydroxycut Hardcore X

6. Gold Standard 100% Whey (Caramel Toffee Fudge)

7. Now- Panax Ginseng

8. Natures science- Dandelion

WORKOUT

MON and THUR Chest/Triceps/Abs

TUE and FRI Back/Biceps/Abs

. At the end I was 5% from 8% at the beginning.

35 mins cardio on the cross trainer level 12, burning 500k/cal at the beginning of every workout.

Then I hit two main body parts for 1 hour to 1.5 hours with breaks, then abs 20 to 30 mins (all sorts)

Diet consisted mainly of Tuna (water based), chicken (skinless), lots of veg and fruit

WED and SAT Shoulders/Legs/Abs

SUN Cardio mostly

The first exercise I do when I enter Golds Gym in Kanayama (Nagoya) is the cross trainer for 30 mins and 5 mins warm down this is to get the blood pumping whilst taking SUPER PUMP because that takes 20 to 30 mins to absorb.

Then the next exercise I do is written above MON to SUN.

My one advice is ( You are what you eat) because bodybuilding is 80% what you put in your mouth and 20% training.

    thanks, my next transformation will surpass this video, I hope you watch it next year. I have started training early from September 2010

  • thanks but i don't see how this could help me bulk as it would mean eating less than i do now......

  • @Talaria7 Alright, I would eat the same as you are eating or even more (it does depend on what you eat). however the suppliments have a great deal with bulking up too, are you taking any at the moment?
