Ecossaise by Beethoven from Alfred's Group Piano for Adults Book 1 Second Edition. This book was recommended to me and helps the student to learn the basics of piano playing. It is difficult to obtain in the UK and so was purchased from Amazon in the USA. I'll be uploading the solo repertoires from this book. Ideally it is meant to be used under supervision of a piano teacher as I feel it has a steep learning curve for absolute beginners. You can listen to the midi files on CD that accompany this book to help you with how the examples should be played. The CD which comes with the book has the midi file tempo at 104. Too fast for me. I played around 85-90bpm. Very difficult moving the left hand in sequence DD, F#F#, AA, DD to match the notes the right hand is playing and also the hand positions afterwards for the next half dozen or so sequeence of notes. This is the last of main solo repertoires in the book.
