This tone plays every time the train is about to depart.

Takadanobaba (well, a futuristic version of it) in Tokyo is the setting of Tezuka Osamu's Astro Boy/Tetsuwan Atom manga and anime. The area and the station with the theme are on the Yamanote loop train line.
