hi, nice abbs! im 14 and fed up of being flabby. i want muscle! my uncles trainer told me to do 5sets of press ups situps/ crunches and tricep dips each set i must do as many as i can then have a 90 second break. do you have any tips?

@brandand4 thats because no human is 100% symmetrical. Did you ever wonder why one of your balls is slightly bigger than the other? well now you know. Same for women, usually one breast is slightly bigger than the other.
when I do these my lower back goes and I do not get sore in my abs the next day, what am I doing wrong, please help thank you!

@364528 Yeap. This is the most efficient way for me. I also tried inclined sit ups and ab wheels but this is the best for me. So for now on I use crunch to train myself. But in this year I have been surving the army which makes me don't have time to train by schdual...

I really need help... question.. isn't the angle smaller than 45°? i thought this damages the back.

@yairoka The angle is not the most important thing. What really matters is the abs squeezing ! Try to feel it!
