I haven't had a full 8hrs of sleep, or gotten to sleep before 6am for 6-7 years now. i'm really hoping this works cause i'm beyond tired all the time...

alot of you are not going to like this, I greatly improved my sleeping by smoking cigarettes. I had horrible insomnia for 3 years , became depressed...starti\ed smoking again after 14 years of quiting smoking and my sleep greatly improved. sucks to be smoking again but NOW its so hard to stop smoking and I am also afraid of getting my insomnia back. Life's a bitch !!!!

Something else that's good you should look into are cherries. Cherries are unusual in that they contain a good amount of the natural sleep hormone melatonin. Just subscribed you have great stuff. Cheers!
