Discharging antifreeze into lakes, rivers, and stormwater drains is illegal. And it's toxic to fish. When you dewinterize this spring, collect the antifreeze from engines and holding tanks. Recycle it at a marine or auto recycling center, or dispose of it in your home drain that goes to a treatment plant, not a septic system.

Help protect fish spawning grounds, and keep Wisconsin waters clean!
