  • I look at something way past the finish and just block out everything and concentrate on it. then when my body natural comes up during the race i run my ass off towards it.

  • good advice for starters.. her form isnt the greatest tho..

  • this really helped for my p.e class and for my home work

  • She is on the blocks but starts like without them.. and runs like 90% girls
