@shivyy02 Well the way this one was setup to be was piping from the throttle body and then the MAF sensor. Filter on the end.

@TomoSLB actually we kinda do, with our pod filters they need to be in a box or it becomes illegal, but thats in NSW, im not sure about the other states? but anyway i gotta question, thats the sensor behind your poddie aye? i got a 99 lancer mr with the same thing, do i gotta get a pipe and install it after the sensor then chuck my poddie on, or just take out the air filter and install the pod filter on straight up?

@oxygemz You could try and put a heat shield over the header. They wouldn't know the difference. They would probably suspect it to be stock lol

@lilg00b yup i live in cali it sucks over here so bad! yeah ive trying to find a legal header for my car but all the brands they dont make legal headers for my ca,r only illegal.. but im planning to buy just the carb sticker illegally..lol thats the only choice i can get. my friend he has illegal basic mod and he just bought that carb sticker he got pulled over once and the stupid police let him go once he saw the face sticker...hahaha

@oxygemz I'm assuming you live in cali? They have strict emissions. I really don't know if there are any "LEGAL" mods for cars over there. Here down in texas they really don't care as long as you pass all the tests and have a catalytic converter

dude i have 2006 lancer es, do you know if there is an legal header for my car? i used to have an illegal header, intake and i got pulled over so the police found and now i cant drive my car til it fix everything...

This is the LS, but they are the same thing just the LS doesn't have oz rims, lip, and spoiler. Yes you do feel the difference with the 4-2-1.
