.... I never understood that you could´nt just beat those ordinary templar knights into pulp if your party is capable of defeating that body-switching evil overlord more than once.... I mean c'mon, those guys would probably die to insta-death spells!

He flies randomly. To get help finding him, you can find the hidden town of monsters in Tryan Gully, and talk to the elf girl, Raya. She'll give you an item that shows where Evil Sir Leopold is on your world map. Tryan Gully is only accessible from the air, and it's easier to find at night, when the towns are all lit. Be careful, though; the monsters are all high-level, and the first time I went there I landed right on an infamous (Big Blue Bully, I think it was).

Fly around until you see Evil Sir Leopold, then follow him to the Lord High Priest.
