How To: Apply A Silk Patch

This has been on my to-do list for a while, and I've also received a few requests. You can use these kind of patches if you have a tear, a break, even weak or peeling nails. I hope you all enjoy =)

@halithompson1993 I keep my nails moisturized, lots of lotion & cuticle oil & I also take a biotin supplement – check out my Nail Maintenance vid in the Tips & Trick playlist for my full routine. I do occasionally get a tear or break but you can check out my tutorial on silk wrap patching for how I save those nails =) I do "Naked Nails" posts on my blog every month or so where I talk more about like all the specific products I'm currently using.

I don't know if you know the answer to this but I'm just going to ask. I have very fragile nails and they break all the time, as a consequece the "u" shape at the tip of my nails was damaged, what I mean is that the skin that is attached to the tip of the nail separated from it. Do you know how to fix it? Thanks!

@cosmicgirlg92 I don't know any solution other than just to let it heal, it can take a long time but eventually they should get better =)

@kt1997ful it's like a reinforcement for you nail, so the entire tip doesn't break off if you get a small tear =)
