  • It's a snatch balance, as the video says. Well known traditionally in most olympic lifting circles, obviously not known by you.

  • get rid of the music, so i can hear the instructor

  • @keckks I know the mechanics of the lift and he's falling forward due to the heel. If his heel was level with the ball of his foot he wouldn't be off balance. The shoes being "olympic lifting shoes" are a hinderance in this case

  • @njpfitness these are olympic lifting shoes. world records are set in these shoes. you obviously don't know what you are talking about.

  • He's falling forward because of the ridiculous heel he has on his shoes.

  • @MerkabaStar or 3: you are an athlete and want to develop explosive strength. for example:

    football

    baseball

    basketball

    hockey

    volleyball

    track and field

    and on and on it goes.
