Wow I'm fitter than I thought I was, I managed 10 in one go first time around. Completely puffed out now though! lol I'll have to see if I can build up to 20

Thank you so much for simple yet effective yoga instruction....love your videos ! Happy New Year : ) ...... I found it very easy to build up to 10 by adding 1 sun salutation a day....I DO feel stronger already .....I will continue these going forward into the year ! And also intend to add more of your videos as part of my routine ....can't thank you enough ! Much love from Arizona !

Good day, Esther! Today was my first Sun Salutaition day. And I never done it before, but I did a lot of poses from your other videous. And today I have done all 10 at once and it was really great! Thank you very much, you're the best teacher I have ever seen.

Hi Esther! First of all, I must congratulate you for your great yoga videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of the world and may you add even more and more wonderful videos this new year! :)
I, like the others that wrote comments on this video, have done all 10 Sun Salutations on the first day of this year, but I guess the idea behind building up to 10 is that you keep doing them daily, so the best solution would be to do as many as I can every day.

@phinugget Yes, you could do that. Doing 10 at once when not used to it may leave you with some muscle ache the next days, and that might discourage you enough to give up! To avoid that, building up is great!!!
