One of the greatest feelings anyone can do for themselves is get healthy. The oldest and best way to do that is simple: eat less, eat right,....and exercise. A new diet or nutrition plan can make a world of difference for people trying to lose weight.

Now combine that new nutrition and diet with an unbelievable workout program and you're setting yourself up for success. One of the great things about Beachbody P90X is that the program comes with a step-by-step nutrition plan designed to help you succeed.

For me, that hardest thing was always figuring out my nutrition; but with P90X I just had to follow the guide. I was able to reach my goals and lose weight by following the plan. I then incorporated Shakeology which made my daily nutrition even easier. Not only did I lose weight and get in shape, but I got healthy.

If you're looking to transform your body, get in shape and get healthy, I cannot recommend P90X and Shakeology enough. If you look around you'll see many stories of people transforming their bodies with P90X so you know it works.

If you want to do P90X go for it. Then please contact me and let me know about your P90X transformation. If you need any help or questions, hit me up for help.

  • I'm very motivated, just got the DVDs and I'll be starting on the P90X program on the 11th of this month once I get all my gear in place.

I've looked at a lot of transformation videos and I like yours the best.

    great job man!

obviously nutrition is key; any tips that can help me maximize the fat shedding?

  • @axa905 Thank you. Really work the nutrition. Make sure you eat the required foods each day like the guide tells you. Make sure the carbs you eat are whole grains-really read the food labels. Make sure there is no high fructose corn syrup in anything you buy, it's basically hidden sugar. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. It will happen.

  • Awesome results man!! what was your nutrtion like? how many calories did you eat every day?

  • Hey Benny. Thanks! Nutrition was pretty clean throughout. First 30 days were really clean. Days 30-90 first time around were clean but I had a cheat meal on either Sat or Sun. I started w/close to 3000 cals and couldn't believe I actually lost weight eating that much; but it worked. Now I fluctuate anywhere from 2200 - 2800 a day depending on how I feel and it's all for the most part clean calories (with an occasional cheat of course!) How you making out w/P90X? Good to see you bringing it bro

  • Sweet!! im eating somewhere between 1800 and 2200 calories per day with the 50/30/20 ratios. how did you get your calories so high? i have a hard time getting my calories higher than 2500...ive been using peanut butter to raise the cals lately. do you happen to have an example meal log for what you ate whe you were doing 3,000?

  • @bennyeliuth20 I tried to load up on cals early in the day to reach 3000. I followed the nutrition guide to get me through. (Your 50P/30C/20F is spot on) For 2nd round I joined up for the meal plans and it made a major difference in getting me leaned out. Now I'm incorporating Shakeology into my diet. If I was starting P90X for the 1st time now I'd probably not do 3000 again; I'd go with like 2500 because I think I could have dropped more weight faster. I'll message u w/a sample meal plan.
