does exist something to do if I want muscles(not so much.. just like amy fadhli) but simultaneously I don t wanna lose my fat of breast?what can I do?I dont want silicon:(

Muscle pummels against fat so don't do chest presses with too much weight or too much for the arms if you want to keep some breast tissue - you will lose some, but concentrate on building muscle in the lower body.

If your body fat levels drop so will your breasts, as they are mainly fatty tissue. That can't be helped. That's why all the fitness chicks have implants.
