I will explain to you that this video was recorded with a mobile phone. The Compatibility of this video with uploading on to the net has unfortunately kicked the music and dancing out of sync and so it looks as if it's all timed wrong.

The running (which there is not bery much of) is because we were themed on Child Soldiers and so had a military style in part of our dance.
