@kalai131 The reason why hyo considered himself inferior is because he felt sorry for him. Kaioh was a great fighter, as shown in the flashback, while hyo was scared of fighting, even though he had more potential, since he had the bloodline. Kaioh got thrashed since kenshiro and hyo had the bloodline, they could get stronger and will never have a limit to how strong they where.

@FargoJ02 n ote gotta warn you though its not big on gmaeplay but promise the cimatic experience pretty a back drop to the manly days/golden age of anime and hollywood movies when they were actual awesome full of win.

@kalai131 plus Shachi interfered in Kenshiro's fight against Hyo by hitting Hyo from behind, in an effort to prevent the mutual death that Kaio planned so that both Blood Related Hokuto Shin Ken from the main Soukei family would be killed. Hyo had the advantage over Kaio of being the essence of Hokuto Soukei, i have no idea why Hyo thought of himself as inferior to Kaio in the series though? he is definitely a better fighter than even Kaio.

i would have to say after looking at the whole HNK and HNK2 series, that Hyo was Kenshiro's toughest opponent. Kenshiro faced Hyo after reading and getting energy from the female statue and stone, and even then only managed a draw with Hyo. whereas Kenshiro thrashed Kaio. Hyo had the essence of Hokuto Sokei and Hokuto Ryuuken which made Kaio mad, and he tried to get Hyo's secrets but only succeeded in getting rid of his memory which was restored in Hyo's fight against Kenshiro.
