This is me a couple years back when I was doing Matt Furey's combat conditioning and weighed 170lbs. These days I am 200lbs. and hang out in Powerhhouse Gym. This video was shot in Mongolia in the desert. Long live Ghenghis Khan.

  • @K4113B4113 Generally, I don't feel the need to rest if all I'm doing is bodyweight exercises... If on a particular day I work really hard and the next day I feel really tired, I'll take it easy the next day. Just listen to your body.

  • theres no peace in any westerner

  • who is this herb

  • Hi, I'm going to start doing this soon. I got Matt Fureys book "Combat Conditioning". In his book he write that you should do this 15 min a day. Aint it bad to train same muscles everyday? And should you do only one set per day in every workout of the royal court? Doesn't your body have to rest atleast one day a week?

I would really appreciate a response. Thanx.

  • @thedoors360 works for me!!!

  • @thedoors360 lol yeah your right

  • just lift weights or do bodyweight exercice and beat off . you cover all the bodyparts that way.

  • Yes, MF does! I bought his material and Eddie Barons. Very expensive for learning how to do some body weight exercises and routines that are over-training. Most people want to develop a decent looking body, Eddie seems to show that, but Matt doesn't. They say animals work their muscles everyday, however animals also work their muscles differently everyday, for whatever comes to their attention.

  • Thanks for the cultivation insight. I explore the notion that I need to get "harder." As far as the Mahayana Buddhist text goes, many Taoists have Buddha in their hearts. :)
