I met Ms.Bofill many years ago at J&R Records in lower Manhattan with Les Davis from WRVR. She was autographing "Something About You". She is so beautiful. Saw her again at Town Hall and she made my knees weak.!!!!

I saw Angela Bofill perform this song with Will Downing in Richmond, VA back in 1996, and they turned it into a duet since they both did this song. They brought the house down.

@DondiBiz You're very lucky to have such a beautiful girl. Angela Bofill was born in the Bronx to a Cuban father and Puerto Rican mother. She was incredibly beautiful and that voice...that voice...
In 1979, I used to listen to her albums for hours, staring at the pictures of her on her album covers. Who couldn't adore this woman?

Ahhhhh, Sweet Angie, how I miss your voice and seeing you on stage...becoming ONE with the audience. Seen you at the Beacon Thea back in 1979 and you sat on this guy's lap and sang this time I'll be sweeter....you were great. As usual...

@pb4ueat1390 I saw her in 1981 playing for a small audience at Rutgers University in a very lovely space. I think she was at her peak then with incredible musicians backing her. Weren't we lucky to see her then? She was stunning and so was her wardrobe. It was one of my best concert experiences, and I've seen some of the best perform.
