Concealer/Foundation: MAC Foundation Stick & Dark blot powder.
Lid: Smolder pencil & Blacktrack with a black l'oreal shadow over it
Highlight under eyebrow: Baselight paint
Lips: Concealer with frosty/shimmery gloss on top.
Lashes: No idea... sorry.
