Roseanne's Infamous National Anthem

I don't think they were booing from the perspective of she was singing badly, but from the perspective that she wasn't even trying and she was disrespecting the Star Spangled Banner. I doubt many of them thought they could do better, but I do believe they thought the PR folks could have chosen someone a LOT better.

I really don't like Roseanne but at the same time, not everyone can sing. If any of the people in the stands thought they could do a better job, maybe they should have gotten off their butts and done it themselves. Plus the crotch grab and spit at the end was about baseball, not her opinion of this country. Everyone needs to just lighten up!

The bigger question is, who let her do it?  Someone new what she was going to do. Every knew she couldn't sing. I'd have a bigger issue with them.
